What we collect
- Order details: name, email, mobile number and shipping address, so we can process, deliver and support your order.
- Payment status: payment reference numbers from Cashfree Payments. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Cashfree's secure page and are never shared with us.
- Enquiries: details and files you send through our contact or PCB/IC early-access forms.
- Technical data: a session cookie to keep your cart, basic server logs (IP address, browser) for security and fraud prevention, and analytics if enabled.
How we use it
To fulfil orders, send order and delivery updates, provide GST invoices, respond to enquiries, prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers needed to complete your order — the payment gateway (Cashfree Payments), courier partners for delivery, and email providers for order messages — or where required by law.
Retention
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires. Enquiries are kept while they are relevant to the conversation.
