Shipping & Delivery Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within India.

Shipping charges

A flat fee of ₹99 applies per order. Orders of ₹999 or more ship free. The final shipping charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch times

• In-stock parts: usually dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment.
• Sourced-to-order parts: dispatched after procurement — the estimate is shown on each product. If an order mixes both, we ship it together unless you ask us to split it.

Delivery

We ship through reputable courier partners. Delivery usually takes 2–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your PIN code. You'll get the courier name and tracking number on your order page once the order ships.

Packaging

Static-sensitive parts are packed in anti-static bags or reels/tubes as supplied by the manufacturer.

Problems with delivery

If a parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please photograph it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can raise a claim with the courier.
