Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order any time before it is shipped by contacting us with your order number. A cancelled prepaid order is refunded in full.

Returns

Because electronic components are sensitive to handling and static discharge, we accept returns only when:

• the item is wrong (different from what you ordered),
• the item is dead on arrival or damaged in transit, or
• the quantity is short.

Please report the issue within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and photos. Items must be unused, unsoldered and in their original anti-static packaging. Parts that have been soldered, programmed or modified cannot be returned.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Cashfree Payments within 5–7 working days of approval. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days to appear in your account. Where a "sourced to order" part cannot be supplied, the amount for that part is refunded in full.

Shipping charges

If a return is due to our error, we cover return shipping and refund the original shipping fee.
